1. Scope
This policy applies to all purchases made directly on motoeditor.com—including monthly or annual subscriptions, token top-ups, and one-time digital downloads (definition packs, ready-made maps, etc.). It supplements the Terms of Service and French consumer-protection law.
2. Your 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval.
3. How to Request a Refund

4. Legal Notes for EU Consumers
- Under Article L221-28-13 of the French Consumer Code and Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, your statutory 14-day withdrawal right does not apply once digital content is supplied “with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement of loss of withdrawal right.”
- At checkout we therefore ask you to tick a box confirming you (i) want immediate access to tokens and downloads, and (ii) understand this waives the statutory withdrawal right.
- MotoEditor voluntarily grants the 7-day, unused-token refund above as an extra-statutory benefit.
5. Partial Refunds & Pro-Rata
Because token consumption is binary (used / unused) and subscription benefits are delivered instantly, partial or pro-rata refunds are not available.
6. Chargebacks
Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback before completing our refund process may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of remaining tokens until the dispute is resolved.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy to reflect regulatory changes or adjustments to our business model. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance; continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
